Yoga Classes

All our classes are safe for all levels of yoga studetns. We teach hatha yoga in a safe and step by step approach so every one can practice it to their own level. Yoga classes with us include jattis-warm ups, kriyas- movement of body with breath and awreness, asana- postures, and relaxation. Please come and try to find how yoga can help you. 
Please book your class in advance - Classes are all hybrid (also available via zoom)

Please note payment via the website is not possible, we have a card reader at the Ashram or if you are joining remotely we can email you payment link
